17-19 Bridge Street was constructed in 1926 and was extensively refurbished in 1982-1983, then again in 2009. The historic sandstone facade was reconditioned in August 2005 and the extensive refurbishment works in 2009 has revitalised the building with a contemporary lobby, new lifts and refurbished floors.
